It is a flexible contracting strategy that allows you to hire temporarily talent on global level and meet the needs of your business.
In Bulgaria hiring people to perform tasks and scope outside your company through a 3rd party, is governed by the Agency contracting regulation. AC is a predefined legal framework for how the Staffing service can be ensured, guiding customer, provider and employee relations and interactions.

ACS Bulgaria is a licensed company in staff leasing services according to § 1., item.17 of the Bulgarian Labor Code

Monthly invoicing per role/head

AC LIA (Local Implementation Agreement), PO AC Statement of work

Termination: 3 months notice

Termination charges: days unused annual vacation / AC employee
