Shared delivery model is designed to support volume based operations. The performance outcome is regulated by infrastructure, SLAs and KPIs predefined process & procedures. In the Dedicated delivery model there are assigned experts. On the other hand with shared delivery model there’re no personally assigned individuals to the tasks or activities. The customer is monitoring the job outsourced via established governance and reporting provided by our customer SPOC.
